The aim is to increase personal and professional growth of young women
We want to carry out useful activities in order to bridge the gender gap and challenge the systemic problems that young women face especially at the beginning of their professional careers.
Work and the quality of employment are a major concern for women, young and old.
Work means autonomy, inclusion and social role, and the possibility of giving a better future to one's children.
Beyond the job is the name of our foundation service which provides a smart and supportive path for the entry of young women into the labour market.
The choice of this title is to highlight the function of Training as a necessary tool not only for improving skills and effectively manage supply / demand at all levels, but also:
encourage the development of female entrepreneurship;
promote a rational balance between work and private life;
support a concrete ability to network among us women.
Going into the details, the aim of the project is to increase the personal and professional growth of young women who are looking for a fairer and more equal working environment; our target audience includes women who enter the job market after high school or during university.
This project is the result of many brainstorming sessions of 28 members of our e-club.
Starting from the pursuit of gender equality, we want to carry out useful activities in order to bridge the gender gap and challenge the systemic problems that young women face especially at the beginning of their professional careers.
We are planning monthly seminars to provide advice and support on economic and financial issues, legal and labour rights issues, digital skills and resources, psychological and behavioural challenges, marketing and self-branding, team building along with entrepreneurship and leadership.
