Beyond the Job is the foundation service of the Soroptimist International eClub EmpowerNet Milano that involves young women in periodic orientation and training activities.
Beyond the Job aims to encourage educational and professional choices of a group of young women as well as their integration into the labour market.
During this path, the candidates will be accompanied by an eClub team that will make available their skills and their professional specificities in order to:
-bridge the gap between school preparation and job opportunities;
-raise awareness of the ability and capacity of the female figure in the workplace;
-to promote leadership and female empowerment from the workplace to the private-family sphere.
Only through concrete and targeted content provided in a qualified and punctual way that future generations of women will be able to make a difference in their social and professional experiences.
